Joy came to Open Stamping recently sharing a couple of her newly made cards using the Varied Vases stamp set. Almost everything used is Stampin' Up! She is also allowing me to share her beautiful cards here on my blog. Thank you Joy.
My friends Linda, Nancy, and I have been playing with some new products trying to come up with cards for a future Specialty Class. Nancy couldn't make it tonight but Linda and I came up with this gorgeous card. I was so excited to use not only the Wonderful Moments stamp set, but also the Bokeh Dots stamp set. Everything came together really well. Little do my customers know that I am sharing with them probably my favorite piece of DSP that has come out this year. I might even need to get the special Stampin' Up! has right now where you buy 3 DSP packs and get 1 free. Exciting.
A shout out to Roxanna Zilk for sending me this beautiful card and allowing me to share it. Although it is not an all Stampin' Up! card there are several elements using our product like the Shimmery White cardstock, Real Red cardstock, Whisper White cardstock, Night of Navy cardstock, and the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits.
So yesterday I shared a wonderful added bonus available for anyone who signs up to be a demonstrator under me this month. Why would you want to be a demonstrator?
Below are some Stampin' Up! benefits you receive when you sign up.
As a demonstrator you receive of discount of 20-25 percent depending on your title. How awesome!
You have flexibility in what hours you want to work and can work from home. If you want you can just be what is called a Hobby Demonstrator which is just ordering for yourself and some friends. Do you know that most demonstrators start out by wanting to be a hobby demonstrator? Even I did when I started almost 16 years ago.
You receive support from Stampin' Up! resources like a quarterly magazine, a demonstrator website filled with training, Stampin' Connection, and Demonstrator Business Web Services. I am also here for any questions you may have.
Beautiful, exclusive artwork and high-quality products for you and your customers.
A low-cost, high-value Starter Kit.
You get to see and purchase the new Stampin' Up! products first.
They have a Quick Start program for new demonstrators that allow you to earn FREE products.
You can attend Stampin' Up! events like On Stage, where you stamp, learn, and have a blast with your fellow Stampin' Up! lovers!
So if you have decided now is the time to sign up, just contact me to assist you or you can click on this LINK.
If you love Stampin' Up!'s Designer Series Paper, this is the sale for you. I just ordered almost all the new paper for my Paper Shares so you can see them in person if you are in the area to know which packs you might want a whole pack of.
This Impossible Card was partially cased from Dawn Griffith, another Stampin' Up! demonstrator who shares freely with the assistance of fellow stampers, Linda Kjeld and Nancy Carpenter. Dawn has a nice video to show you how to make it, if interested. I used the Half Full stamp set, Wink of Stella, Basic Rhinestones, Blender Pens, Pretty Label Punch and a few other items for mine. We did add an extra strip of cardstock on the backside to make it sturdier.
For my Left Right Game I give all my hostesses each year a little box, etc with some retired product in it. This year was a little box that Stampin' Up! has retired already. It was decorated with some retired Saleabration Designer Series Paper & the retired Bow Builder Punch. Inside were some buttons, brads, and other retired trinkets.
I am in need of 2 persons willing to join a Technique Stamp Club. You would have the option of attending the club in the Waterloo, IA area or you could just put in online orders using a Hostess Code when it is time. I do my clubs every other month starting July 11th but normally it is held the first Wednesday of the month.
What would be the benefit of joining the club? One of the 6 months you would get to be a Hostess earning free products, you would receive the current catalogs: Annual, Semi-annual Occasion catalogs and the Saleabration Brochure when they come out, and you would also get invited to my Annual Hostess Appreciation Event. You can check out yesterdays posts to see what happens at the Hostess Appreciation Event. Everyone has so much fun.
There is more information attached in the download below. Thanks for your consideration.
The first project everyone got to make was a Gift Bag with a hanging card. I cased this design from Ronda Wade who is Stampin' Up!'s newest One Million Dollar in Sales person. She loves to share so I really appreciated this share as she says to stop the Designer Series Paper hoarding. I did change the card up a bit. Almost everyone had different Designer Series Paper to use.
The second project was an Impossible Card. I see I have not taken a picture of this card so I will have to add it later also. We finished the day playing STAMP Bingo but my pictures are not good enough to add here. Many prizes were won throughout the day and everyone seemed to have a great day. Special thanks to Nancy Carpenter and Linda Kjeld for several days of helping me get ready for this fun-filled day. Also thank you to Olivia Carpenter for coming over one day to assist. I really appreciate all the help and hope all my hostesses felt like they were treated royally. Also thank you to all my hostesses who were unable to attend this year as only about half could attend this year.
